A big thank you Melissa – you were so wonderful to deal with when we were trying to find our new au pair. It is such a big thing to take someone into your home and have them look after your kids. You were so accessible to us when we were making this important decision and you always made us feel that we could ask you anything and that none of our questions were silly.

You were very patient and honest with us and it was so appreciated especially as we’d found that some other agencies just weren’t that caring or concerned. 

We really felt that you cared and that you wanted us to feel happy and secure in the choice that we’d made and ultimately we did! 

We would choose you again and again in helping us make a decision as important as our next au pair.

Just an update with us. Magdalena finished up with us in February after her 6 month stay.

Things with Magdalena just got better and better after we discussed her being a bit home sick early in the stay, she really did become part of the family and our boys and us miss her so much now that she's gone.

Her family even came out from Germany and stayed with us before she departed which was nice and we now have a place to visit and stay in Germany, yay.

Thank you in your business for your help to find her and to get her here, we were so nervous at the start but the info and support you provided was great.

We have already recommended you to some friends and will continue to do the same

Our brilliant au pair Coralie will be leaving us in April to start her travels back home.  We had such a great experience with your company and Coralie that we would like to start the process again.  We would be looking at her starting mid April and prefer that her English is good please.

He is fantastic, I cannot speak more highly of him. 

I am still pinching myself that he is so good, he is a good driver, the boys love him, he is very tidy and respectful, he is always accommodating, so well mannered, and very easy to talk to.

We are going to have a battle on our hands when his time ends, my youngest one cries whenever he thinks he is leaving to go somewhere.

We have been speaking with his mother again, and they have booked to come stay with us at the end of October, along with many of his cousins coming to visit at various stages throughout the year. 

Ironically one of his school friends he had invited to his farewell party could not attend because he was on a work experience exchange here in Australia, and it turns out the office where his friend is working is no more than 10 mins from us, and he can walk to his mates house, so needless to say they have been having a good time sightseeing, nightlife, afternoon crepes etc etc. 

We are really happy with him, thank-you again. It is working out perfectly!

I know it is a busy time of year for everyone, but I write to you firstly to say thanks for placing Natacha with us.  She has been an absolutely fantastic fit for us and we will be so sad to see her go.  We will be looking for a replacement for her in early April when she finishes up with us.

I have personally known Mel for over 10 years and can vouch for her as an honest and trustworthy person. She is a mother of 2 herself and having dealt with the challenges of sourcing her own au pairs saw a gap in the market to set up an agency. She has sourced 2 au pairs for me so far and is about to start the search for my next one as Ingrid’s visa will expire soon.
